Inspired by the indigenous traditions around the Autumn Harvest, Lumiere Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez’s Thanksgiving special features a Rotisserie roasted Pheasant served with braised greens, Farro, blueberry jus and accompanied by fry bread and cultured butter.

And for dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Nancy Guerrero’s delicious interpretation of a classic pudding that dates back to the 17th century – a choux filled with roasted corn pudding, house made pumpkin spiced ice cream and topped with caramelia chocolate sauce and candied pepitas.
