This season, Afternoon Tea at The Bar at Fairmont Century Plaza is reimagined as a moment of restoration—guided by Chinese tea traditions and the vibrant energy of the Year of the Fire Horse. Drawing on the principles of balance, vitality, and renewal found in traditional Chinese medicine, each tea blend is thoughtfully selected to restore and awaken the senses. These wellness-driven infusions are paired with artfully crafted bites that echo the same philosophy—light yet indulgent, refined yet deeply satisfying.

Come grab a cocktail, and enjoy a curated selection of live tunes. Join us Saturdays for Jazz Nights from 7:30pm to 11:30pm.
