Sip on classic handcrafted libations and savor a diverse menu of new twists on bar food favorites while our musicians play vibey classics and contemporary hits that create the perfect ambiance. Fairmont Century Plaza has been home to dazzling live music for decades, from Sonny & Cher’s weekly residence to Mariah Carey’s debut and a monumental performance by Elton John. Today, guests enjoy the beats, favorite hits, and musical stylings from some of the city’s top DJs. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm-10pm.
