Elevate your fitness experience with personalized, one-on-one instruction from some of LA’s best personal trainers. Our Fitness Center has teamed up with Adelaida “Ade” Ramirez to provide guests with exclusive personal training.

Adelaida “Ade” Ramirez is a nationally accredited fitness instructor and strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience. She specializes in kettlebell training (Onnit), TRX, Olympic weightlifting (USAW Level 1), and Functional Range Conditioning, and is also certified in a range of additional modalities. A former Muay Thai competitor, she is currently a Jiu-Jitsu student under Rener and Ryron Gracie at Gracie University. She emphasizes injury prevention, joint health, and movement quality to help clients build sustainable, lifelong fitness.
