Begin with the refreshing Rosalba, featuring succulent crab meat and a cucumber vinaigrette accented with toasted sesame brittle. Savor the earthy richness of hedgehog mushrooms and roasted delicata squash. Conclude this unforgettable experience with a curated selection of cheeses: Comté, Fourmet au Moelleux, and Petit Brie.
