Galantines Ceramics and Champagne Workshop (Sold Out)

Join us Wednesday February 12th at 6:30 PM for a fun Galentine’s evening at Fairmont’s Lumiere restaurant. You will be making your own ceramic art guided by Nataliya, experienced ceramics artis, teacher & founder of Handmade in Venice Beach.

Workshop includes a complimentary glass of champagne as well as charcuterie from The Seed, woman-owned local business. Additional food & drinks will be available for purchase from the restaurant. Complimentary valet parking is also included.

In this 2 hour interactive workshop we will build the pieces from clay, then spend some time decorating (stamps, painting, textures, etc). You will learn both coiling & pinching hand-building techniques to make your own mug, bowl or whatever your imagination leads you to create. All levels are welcome! Pieces can be bisque & glaze fired for an additional fee ($15 for first piece, $10 any additional ones). Those will be available for pickup in 2-3 weeks at the Fairmont.

About Nataliya

Nataliya is a ceramic artist based in Venice Beach, CA where she makes her art & teaches pottery workshops at small businesses around the neighborhood.

Her ceramics journey started with taking a wheel throwing class on weeknights after spending her days at a strategy job in big tech. What began as a hobby has grown into Handmade in Venice Beach, a brand behind Nataliya’s art & community.

In addition to her own creative journey, Nataliya loves inspiring creativity in others in her beginner-friendly pottery workshops. She teaches her workshops at small businesses around Venice to help foster community & connection through art.
