For your main course, savor tender beef filet with truffle jus, grilled lamb chops with farro and spinach, or roasted scallops with cauliflower and baby leeks. End the evening with Valrhona chocolate crème or a refreshing passion fruit sorbet and raspberry rocher, a GF and vegan option.
