Valentine’s Dinner at Lumière
Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day at Lumière with a romantic prix fixe dinner crafted by Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez. Begin with starters like heart of palm with mint and pea, oysters with cucumber mignonette, or a velouté of leeks with potato and watercress. For your main course, savor tender beef filet with truffle jus, grilled lamb chops with farro and spinach, or roasted scallops with cauliflower and baby leeks. End the evening with Valrhona chocolate crème or a refreshing passion fruit sorbet and raspberry rocher, a GF and vegan option.
Priced at $165 per person, this special dinner is available only on February 14th.
