Beginning November 22, Fairmont Century Plaza’s Chalet pop-up returns with a festive après-ski dining experience that brings the charm of the Alps to Los Angeles. Reserve your own cozy candlelit chalet and indulge in signature cheese fondue, curated charcuterie and cheese board, paired with a special selection of Macallan whisky – perfect for sharing with family and friends. 

With five chalets accommodating groups of 2-8, this intimate and spirited setup is ideal for holiday gatherings and celebrations.

The grace period is 15 minutes, but the end time remains the same. For example, for a 5:00 PM reservation, if you arrive 15 minutes late, you will still be expected to leave by 6:30 PM.

Yes, valet parking is available. The rate is $16 before tax for the first 4 hours.
