Hanky Panky Bar Pop Up

This May, Fairmont Century Plaza welcomes Mexico City’s acclaimed speakeasy Hanky Panky—ranked among North America’s 50 Best Bars, for a special two-night pop-up event at The Bar Century Plaza on Thursday, May 8, from 8:30pm to 11:30pm and Friday, May 9 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Leading the experience is Gina Barbachano, Hanky Panky’s acclaimed bar manager and a 2023 Spirited Awards Top 4 nominee for International Bartender of the Year, celebrated for her innovative and globally inspired approach to mixology. Under her direction, guests will be treated to four meticulously crafted cocktails—each reflecting a unique global destination—served in the luxurious setting of one of L.A.’s most iconic hotels.
