Après LA: A Fairmont Century Plaza Chalet Experience
Our winter chalets offer a cozy and enchanting retreat, perfect for celebrating the season in style. Inspired by alpine charm, these private, festively adorned spaces feature plush seating, warming fire pits, and seasonal décor, creating an intimate atmosphere for gatherings with family or friends. Also perfect for that after-work office gathering! Menus feature our signature cheese fondue for communal dining to delightful festive cocktails, all served in the comfort of our wooden chalets.
Chalets offer seating from 2-8 guests. Bookings are open to the public from November 22, 2025.

For Christmas Day, Lumière’s prix-fixe menu features an elegant four-course feast. Start the evening with a complimentary glass of champagne, followed by options like Lobster Thermidor or Slow-Braised Beef Cheek. Guests can enjoy the holiday magic in the chic setting of Lumière, while children’s menu options ensure a family-friendly affair. For those seeking a more traditional dining experience, Lumière’s regular à la carte menu will also be available during the festivities.
New Year's Eve
Welcome the new year with style, music, and good company, right in the lobby. The Bar will transform into a vibrant New Year’s Eve countdown lounge, featuring a live band to start the night. Enjoy bar snacks and drinks available for purchase, and join fellow guests as we count down together on the New Year’s Eve.
