Sept 12 | Wellness Without Walls: Sculpt & Mobility
Join us for an energizing workout session on the stunning Plaza lawn at Fairmont Century Plaza. This 45-minute full-body class combines strength training and mobility work to help you feel stronger, move better, and improve overall body awareness. Using resistance bands and controlled movements, you’ll target major muscle groups to build tone and definition while also enhancing flexibility, posture, and range of motion.
